We ask all participants to fill the Registration Form and pay their fee by one of the two methods indicated below. All payments have to be realized before the conference to guarantee all conference services; on site payment is not possible. Confirmation (invoice) of your payment will be sent by e-mail within three days after receiving the payment to our account. For invoices please check also your spam folder for messages from email@example.com. Please have your EATCS membership number ready, if you are already a member.
Thanks to support from AVAST and RSJ companies, we are able to offer several travel grants covering a waiver of the registration fee and in exceptional cases possibly also a limited travel support. The grants will be given in two categories:

One application for both categories is sufficient, if applicable. Only a limited number of grants will be given, with preference to the conference speakers and applicants without proper travel funding.
If you apply for a travel grant, please register only after notification of the application result which will be announced by mail on May 15.

In case of bank transfer, please make sure it is made net of all bank charges and commissions, i.e. no shared fees or recipient fees apply. In case the sum is incomplete the difference will be charged at the conference venue. Please note that to identify the transfer correctly you have to include following identification items and fill in the issued variable symbol or the name of participant(s) in the comment.

75 % of the registration fee will be refunded for all written cancellations postmarked no later than June 15, 2018. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
Note: there recently was a bug that prevented room reservations made through the hotel website. It is now working again though. If you call the hotel to make a reservation, please mention ICALP to get the reduced conference fee.
The conference hotel Pyramida offers rooms at a favorable price for ICALP participants. They cost 80 Euros per night for a single room, and 85 Euros per night for a double room, and include breakfast. The lower price is guaranteed for reservations made no later than June 10th through the hotel booking website. Reservations can be canceled or adjusted for free till July 1, 2018. After this date the full price of the reserved accommodation is charged, and the same goes in the case of no show. The rooms are paid only at arrival at the hotel. A credit card number needs to be provided for reservation, but the card will not be charged. You may change the dates and number of persons on the top banner of the website, and then select a room below.
