Probabilistic techniques: Tutorial

Welcome to the website to the tutorial class of Probabilistic techniques taught by Tereza Klimošová and Matěj Konečný. See also the lecture website.

The tutorial classes are co-taught by Tomáš Hons and Giuseppe Pino. The plan is that Tomáš covers the beginning and the end of the semester, while Giuseppe does the middle. The classes take place at 15:40 on (most) Tuesdays in the room S8. See the plan for tutorial schedule below.

If you have a feeling that

write Tomáš or Giuseppe an email before it's too late.

How to obtain credit?

You will get credit for solving homework. We use the Postal Owl system for publishing, submitting, and grading homework.

We sent the access link by email at the beginning of semester. Let us know if you didn't receive it.

You may submit you solution either using markdown enhanced with KaTeX math, or attach a PDF with your solution in LaTeX. Please avoid hand-written solutions unless your handwriting is exceptionally well legible.

Provide a sufficient level of detail for your solution, including calculations. Incomplete solution may bring you only partial points. We may ask you to explain your solution in person in some exceptional cases.

We try to read the early solution submissions and give a quick feedback before the deadline (or hints).
